Amour Recruitment is proud to be working for this well-established brand who is seeking a Head of Customer Service to work in their small contact centre based just outside of Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for approx. 10 members of staff, and as part of the leadership team you will report into the CS Director.
Duties include:
- Monitor all aspects of service for the company
- Take ownership of and resolve any account or service issues escalated from any part of the business
- Produce and analyse account performance data
- Lead Annual Performance and Strategic reviews for corporate accounts
- Drive or support the generation of new business within existing account.
Skills and Experience:
Strong experience in a similar role, ideally in a contact/call centre environment.
Experience in working at director level.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
Salary: up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Between 0800 -1800 Monday to Friday (some flexibility can be offered, along with home working at times).
