This will include reviewing phone, email and chat correspondence with customers, providing feedback on translation service and also advising on strength & weaknesses within the multilingual team.
You must be Fluent in speaking & writing English, German and French, have strong attention to detail with at least intermediate analytic skills (Including Excel, pivot tables etc)
