Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager in partnership with our client based in Nursling!

We are looking to onboard an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee our client’s buildings and facilities. You’ll be taking on a senior role, dealing with third party contractors, and negotiating quotes for different jobs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with suppliers and negotiating quotes
  • Inspection of warehouses and facilities
  • Inspect basic levels on future buys
  • Dealing with management companies
  • Undertaking routine checks of sites
  • General maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Previous facilities experience
  • Proven record of managing contractors
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong individual drive

40 to 45 hour week Monday to Friday, flexible hours.
