Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dialler & Data Manager that has a proven track record of managing and leading a dialler function, successfully promoting productivity through data analysis and resource planning to work for our client based in Portsmouth.

Duties will include:

  • Lead, manage and optimise the dialler operations across the contact centre
  • Deliver effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns
  • Deliver effective dialling strategies to handling and enhance a blended inbound and outbound environment.
  • To drive increased sales levels and productivity through use of the dialler system and associated tools and software
  • To provide accurate dialler analysis and MI, making recommendations for optimising KPIs and enhancing campaign success
  • Ensure that this MI is accurate and timely – and is understood by all stakeholders against
  • Monitor dialler performance
  • Analyse the quality and quality of leads available across all campaigns, daily, weekly, monthly
  • Be the key contact and liaison point for the supplier and internal stakeholders for our dialler technology
  • Liaise dialler software supplier to ensure complete optimisation of dialler function as well as best use of data provided
  • Take responsibility for the development and nurturing of direct reports and for the wider operational contact centre team – both in a Dialler & Data Management and Resource Planning Capacity.

This is a challenging and demanding role within a fast paced, energetic, and loud environment. You should be confident, competent, skilled in dialler & data management.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week and working shifts between:

Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 19:30pm

Fridays: 09:00 – 17:30pm
