Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Part-Time Despatch Administrator on behalf of our wonderful client based in Havant.
In this position, you'll be assisting the Accounts team, liaising with internal and external teams, whilst ensuring the delivery of high level customer service.
In this primarily administrative position, you'll need to have great attention to detail, with expert communication ensuring clarity between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with sales teams for order processing.
- Checking through sales orders before dipsatch of goods.
- Handle customer queries over the phone and via email.
- Generation of Invoices using a SAP system.
- Updating client records via an integrated CRM system.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work to deadlines and within a short time frame.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
Working Hours: 9:30-18:00 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
This position if office based in Havant.
This position offers an hourly salary of £10.42.
