Data & Dialler Analyst

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to manage an outbound dialler for multiple outbound campaigns within our client’s business.

You will support the Operational Teams to drive their campaigns and produce the right level of Connects and Decision Maker Contacts to achieve the right level of conversations to support achieving the clients SLA’s and ROI

Duties include:

• Preparation of data for outbound campaigns

• Employing any agreed data strategies for campaigns prior to calling

Daily reporting of dialler activity to include:

• Data penetration reports

• Campaign activity reports

• Calling list summary reports ·

• OFCOM / Compliance reports

• AHT Reporting

• Hourly Campaign specific reports

Monitoring team and agent performance to include:

• Constant monitoring of agent activity to ensure maximum productivity is achieved

• Close contact with TMs/CDMs to ensure agents’ wrap and withdraw are kept to a minimum

• Pacing strategy utilised for campaigns where necessary

• Close monitoring of the OFCOM abandon rate to ensure compliancy

• Liaising daily with TMs/CDMs to discuss dialler strategy and targets for the day ahead

Ad hoc tasks to include

• Loading new data to the Aspect dialler when received

• Provision of dialler reports as requested by internal and external clients

• Maintenance of dialler templates and provision of these to the business where necessary

• Proactive dialler feedback to TMs/CDMs to provide an accurate picture of dialler activity

To be successful in this role you must have at least a year’s Dialler Management plus have advanced MS Office: Excel, Word, experience of Advanced List Management, have competent communication Skills and Call Centre operational experience.
