Amour Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Executive to work for our client based in Portsmouth.
Duties will include:
- Providing & processing quotes including following up
- Raising purchase orders and invoice’s
- Administration support for all Account/Customer Service Managers
- Data entry
- Reporting of figures to management
To be successful you will have the following skills/experience:
- Experience in sales support/administration role within a technical environment is a must.
- People management skills, able to conduct face to face meetings at all levels
- Able to work under pressure, think on your feet with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Strong organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Hours are 0900-1730, free parking offered.
