Amour Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning growing company based in Petersfield, who are looking for Customer Support Advisors to join their busy customer centric team.
The role is to support customers in finding an appropriate resolution should they encounter financial difficulty at any stage of their journey. This includes setting up and amending direct debits, processing card payments, providing details of Independent advice sector organisations and keeping the customer clearly informed and up to date regarding their options.
To be successful in this role you must have a professional, polite and courteous telephone manner, have a passion for supporting customers and the drive to deliver an excellent service at all times.
Experience working in a Contact Centre Environment would be an advantage but having real empathy and the drive to help is what you need.
Hours are on a rotation over 3 shifts: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 Monday to Friday including 2 Saturdays in 5.
Salary starts at £19,500 rising to £22,000 as you become more proficient in the role. Excellent company benefits are also offered.
