Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, accurately taking messages and dealing with client issues.
- Keeping the main data base up to date.
- Sending out information to clients.
- General administration.
Personal Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with Word & Excel
- No industry experience required, just bags of enthusiasm!
