We are working with a key business in the Insurance market, who have been a trusted partner with Amour Recruitment for many years. We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a professional, high functioning team and will work towards ensuring adequate resources are available to meet all team and departmental KPIs and SLAs across all BAU Inbound and Outbound workstreams.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for coaching and developing their team to ensure customers received the highest standard of service to all customers, both internal & external.


Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a leadership/coaching role within a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • Enthusiasm for working to ensure the highest possible standards of quality and service
  • The ability to demonstrate a high level of self-management and leadership
  • Strong administration & organisational skills
  • An approachable, supportive demeanor – always available to help the team
