Amour Recruitment is seeking Customer Service Executives to work for our client based in Romsey on a temp to perm basis.
This role is offered as a “working from home” position with the view of attending the office for 1:1s, training etc.
You will act as a brand ambassador for their clients by dealing with all incoming and follow up contact with customers who have an enquiry or service request, either by phone, email, webchat or post.
You will also deal with customer complaints, chasing customer orders, refunds, providing product information and all other customer service-related help
Hours are 40 a week - 5 days over 7 days - hours to be discussed in advance which will include working one day each weekend and one shift working until around 20:00.
Although this role can be remote, they require you to be office based for the initial training period for up to 5 weeks Monday to Friday working 09:00 - 17:30
Starting salary £20,508 rising to £21,465 plus £2,400 performance bonus.
