Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for talented call centre agents to join a busy contact centre in Cardiff. You will need to have the flexibility to work from home or the office depending upon restrictions and the needs of the business at the time.

If you have at least 1 year Contact Centre experience and a fantastic personality and would like to further your career in customer service then we want to hear from you. Our client provide exceptional training with the aim to make their customer service representatives exceptional!

The Role

  • Taking calls from customers all over the UK setting up direct debits, payment plans or handling general banking and financial enquiries.
  • Your responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer services, treat customers fairly and work across banking computer systems.
  • Hours are 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • At least 1 year experience in a busy Contact Centre environment
