You will be responsible for handling all customer queries from deliveries to invoicing problems and even complaints when they arise.
It’s a fast-paced environment so you need to be extremely proactive to handle non-stop phone & email enquiries.
Hours are 0900-1730 Monday to Friday; Free parking is offered. Salary starts at £17374 rising to £18,000
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate previous office experience and be able to start work immediately.
