Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for talented call centre agents to join a busy contact centre in Newport to start on the 6th April.  These roles initially will be trained at home for 2 weeks, however you will be then required to work out of the contact centre for approx 4 weeks, you could then be back home working or in the call centre. 

The role:-

Taking calls from customers all over the UK setting up direct debit's and payment plans as well as general enquiries.

Your responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer services, treat customers fairly and work across banking computer systems.

The reward

£17,500 per annum plus amazing benefits

The hours

Hours are 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
