Our client located in the Portsmouth area has an amazing opportunity to run a brand new project. These roles will be pivotal in the delivery of a successful project.
We are assisting them in looking for individuals with a strong track record of working within a call handling environment.
The job
- Taking inbound calls from customers dealing with general enquiries
- Volume call handling
- Updating details on the database
- Responding to customers via email and keeping them up to date with products and services
The Reward
£8.91 per hour paid weekly
Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 1pm
Start Date - 15th March for 4 weeks
It is important that you can commit to working the full duration of this assignment, so we cannot consider any holidays and time off during this period.
