Amour Recruitment are really proud to be happy to be representing an Award-winning Compnay based in Fareham, looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor.

The Customer Service Advisor is accountable for managing all customer telephone enquiries, resolving customer queries efficiently and providing a first-class customer service experience.

Queries will be resolved in first response where possible, but where a query is needed, this will be proactively managed and resolved within the Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The Role:

  • Where another team is accountable for resolving a query, ensuring the necessary information is transferred to them fully and efficiently to allow them to promptly resolve the query.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs and requirements to achieve satisfaction and where necessary advising and offering further products.
  • Displays extensive knowledge about products and services
  • Exceed Customers Expectations
  • Ensure full accuracy and attention to detail in all interaction with internal / external Customers
  • Display a flexible and co-operative approach at all times.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to tim

The Right Person:

  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure & within strict deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Confidence relating to others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of handling customer queries by telephone
  • Experience within a busy administration environment
  • Experience of working within a high-volume, fast paced environment and consistently meeting SLA’s
