Amour Recruitment is excited to be working with this great company based in lakeside, Portsmouth who is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work in their Operations/Premier team who are responsible for ensuring all vehicles service, maintenance and repair is booked to the manufacture service schedule, to the client requirement and within their preferred network.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Provide a point of contact for a range of customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Making electronic bookings for vehicles’ service, maintenance and repair work.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve customer queries in an effective and efficient manner.

 

  • Ensuring compliance and security procedures are adhered to.
  • Take ownership of customers queries and complaints, using your own initiative and seeing it trough to resolution.

 

 

 

This role is office as a hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 working from home)

 

Hours are between 0800-1800 Monday to Friday (37.5 worked on a rotating shift)
