This is no ordinary Customer Account Manager position... You will be representing a company recognised as a true innovator in their industry and will contribute to the outstanding service they already provide to their key UK accounts, as well as liaising with other internal teams to ensure the customer is not disappointed and that orders are placed correctly with the correct specifications to enable a timely manufacture and delivery process to the customers’ satisfaction.

The main responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager will include the following:

Liaising with the Business Development Managers and clients in a professional manner to resolve queries relating to: - retail prices, product options, lead-times, order status enquiries, and order amendments

Processing orders accurately and liaising with the planning department to agree production slots and lead times

Processing documentation to a high standard of specification to ensure no issues with transporting products.

Working with the Product team and raising the relevant orders for fabric testing

Reviewing and processing all order amendment requests, and assessing implications to the order delivery life cycle

Ensuring key stakeholders are made aware of changes in a timely manner

Arranging deliveries with clients

Keeping the relevant Sales personnel updated with any significant client issues

Working with the Sales personnel to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and no errors are made

Providing admin support to the team related to export documentation
For this Customer Account Manager position, we are ideally looking for the following skills & experience:

Previous experience from within a similar B2B customer service role

Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions based customer service

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport

Good organisational and administrative skills
-
Excellent communication skills – oral and written, coupled with an excellent telephone manner

Ability to demonstrate own initiative and take a pro-active approach

Good level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grades C or above)

A good level of PC literacy including competency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Salary up to £22,938 dependent upon experience plus excellent benefits package !
