Amour Recruitment are currently looking for a Credit Control Clerk to work with them in their Waterlooville office.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Review new and existing accounts and setting appropriate terms
- Effectively review, manage and collect customer accounts
- Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and efficiently
- Produce and distribute customer statements
- Build effective relationships and rapport with customers and internal contacts
- General administrative/filing tasks within accounts
Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Highly proficient IT user, including Excel, Outlook and accounting software
- Analytical, problem-solving mind-set
- Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of circa £25K pro rata per annum
- Up to 16 hours per week
- Free parking
