Are you a great communicator who can handle complaint queries?

Amour Recruitment are hiring for a Complaints Handler to handle volume calls in a busy call centre just outside of Caerphilly.

The role will require handling inbound complaints, liasing with the customer providing a solution that is acceptable for both parties, or escalating to Account Managers should the complaint not be resolved.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following behaviours:-

 

  • Great listening skills
  • Communication skills
  • Be able to hold good conversations
  • Be empathetic and understanding to the customers needs

 

You will need to be flexible between 8.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday with a 1 in 3 Saturday.

Hourly rate equates to approx £18K
