Collections Executive Mortgages Division - Newport

We have some fantastic opportunities to engage in a challenging and rewarding role within our clients Commercial Servicing Team.

The Commercial Servicing division is responsible for assisting their commercial clients, which include open and closed portfolios, and a diverse product range. Treating Customers Fairly is a central part of the Financial Conduct Authority retail regulatory regime and an integral part of this role is to assist in delivering the six improved outcomes for customers, whilst ensuring that opportunities to collect on arrears are maximised in line with predetermined policies and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the below:

• Undertaking arrears collection activities on commercial client portfolios
• Commercial clients include open and closed portfolios and a diverse product range, including loans with monthly and quarterly regular payments and loans where no payments are due until redemption.
