Salary - circa £17500, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (37.5 hours per week)

Amour Recruitment are working with an award winning business process outsourcing business based in Newport.  They have fantastic opportunities to join their Arrears team.

This department specialises in first and second charge mortgages, working with a number of the UK's leading banks and building societies.

You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible outcome for customers by servicing queries in relation to their secured and unsecured debts whilst effectively managing the clients collections.

The role will include:-

  • Negotiating collections in line with policies and procedures
  • Advising customers on payment arrangements
  • Administering payments

You will need the following:-

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven experience in a contact centre environment

Assessment centres will run next week with roles available to start in July 2019
