Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with an award winning I.T company who are looking to employ an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced technology Client Account Manager to take full responsibility for the management of their business client accounts.
The Role:
- To manage the relationship with local business owners / decision makers. These are existing clients, so it involves upselling and cross selling to existing clients
- Working with the Sales people to handover the clients account
- Working with the technicians to make sure the client is always happy
- Creating and generating Quotes for business clients.

- To always offer the highest possible customer experience
- To Maintain and develop key marketing strategies within the business support department
- To Generate maximum profit
- To attend face-to-face meetings clients
- Direct sales over the telephone
- Business networking
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology
The ideal candidate would Ideally have experience of account management for SME’s, previous experience in varied I.T / Telecom providers, up-to-date knowledge of business technology, ideally Microsoft, Apple and Citrix.
Must be able to drive to attend client visits – company pool car provided, salary + commission, £45,000 OTE, Hours 8:30 – 17:00 Monday - Friday
