Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Client Account Manager for our client based in Totton, Southampton!

This is an absolutely fantastic varied role we have in at the moment. The right candidate will need to provide ultimate customer service and care to our high network customers across the South coast.

Working within a small independent team we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for our clients and ensuring they receive the best possible avenues for communication and importantly connect with like-minded professionals in the industry. Ensuring customer expectations can be met within the planned parameters on timing, costs, and use of available resources.

Requirements

  • Credible (Putting yourself in front of our members, need to be able to hold their own)
  • Business acumen, ability to understand business and networking
  • Personable, proven track record of managing accounts
  • Ability to see opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage 60 customers across the south coast and supply great customer service & value
  • Event Management – dealing with supplies, venues
  • Conduct regular service visits, via Zoom or face to face
  • Deal with inquiries from customers regarding issues ad provide solutions by connecting the network
  • Attend networking events and board meetings
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of clients and help with back-office responsibilities

Person Specification

  • Previous experience account management experience
  • Previous coordinating experience (dealing with venues, suppliers, etc)
  • Very personable individual
  • Desire to provide the best customer service for our customers
  • Business acumen, ability to network with high wealth individuals

Personal skills

  • Able to work accurately, precisely, and in an organised manner even under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, able to maintain good communications with customers to ensure full understanding of customers’ needs and issues.
  • Teamwork skills. Works with and assists other team members shares information and knowledge and willingly takes on new tasks.
  • Able to demonstrate delivery of services to a standard required by the customer.
  • Able to effectively prioritise own workload and schedule tasks and activities daily to meet deadlines.
