Amour Recruitment are looking for several class 2 HGV drivers for our well-established General Haulage customer in Fareham.
Role context:
- Responsible for the collection and delivery of palletised Goods to customers across the south.
Person Specification:
Required:
- UK HGV Drivers licence – Cat C Required
- Ability to produce working & driving hours for the current reference period
- Ability to provide CPC training record for the current 5 year CPC period
- Valid UK CPC & TACO card
- Flexible attitude to working hours
- Health and Safety awareness
- Flexible attitude and approach to work
- This position will also require some overtime to be worked when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out deliveries & collections for the Business as required on their class 2’s.
- Complete daily vehicle checks with defect reporting where required.
- General housekeeping, compliance and safety in line with general working practices for HGV drivers & operations.
