Amour Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively for this fantastic family run business based in Portsmouth who is seeking a Customer service/Claims Handler.

Duties include:

  • Taking instructions from Insurance Companies via email or the telephone
  • Gaining authorisation with Insurers
  • Arranging delivery/collection of vehicle with customers
  • Produce delivery paperwork
  • Reviewing repair progress

As it’s a small business you maybe required to help the Sales & marketing team by following up campaign material, calling lapsed clients etc.

Hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday. 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays, profit-sharing bonus scheme, paid quarterly, pension scheme and free parking.
