My client located in the Fareham area is looking for a new member to join their team.
You main focus will be to provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support for the successful running of the procurement department
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide high quality administrative support services
• Data input of purchase order requests with suppliers
• Contribute and assist in negotiations with suppliers to obtain best value over extended periods
• Maintain productive win – win relationships with suppliers
• Monitor the delivery of materials, identify, and resolve problems to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with Accounts team to resolve any queries with invoices
• Maintain personal knowledge and ensure other members of the team are kept up to date with
product development, pricing, availability, and alternatives
• Contribute to meetings with colleagues, contractors, and customers
• General administration including photocopying, printing, and filing
Full Time - Monday to Friday
Permanent
Salary - £20,000 to £25,000
