Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Business Support Administrator to be based in their office in Milton Keynes.

The company are happy to offer this role as hybrid (some working at home), but you must be flexible to travel to London to support their other office.

If you are a senior administrator, looking for your next challenge, then this could be the ideal role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative & Technical Support for the whole department
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Arrange Meetings including, department meetings, leadership team meetings, client management meetings.
  • Assist in arranging inspections
  • To support the preparation of periodic management reports.
  • Attending meetings to take minutes and subsequently issue actions. Or assist in typing up minutes
  • Support with mail-merges, filing and general administration
  • Organise staff events

Personal Requirements:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Ability to identify and progress work priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
