Amour Recruitment are delighted to be working with an innovative, reputable manufacturer based in the Neath area who are looking to grow their sales function. This client are well established as a market leader having been operating for over 35 years and are now looking for a tenacious, highly motivated individual to join their Business Development Team as a Business Development Executive.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Work to grow the customer base through securing contracts within designated sales channels
- Work with customers to analyse their needs and identify products to fulfill and exceed customer expectations
- Gather information from customers to enable the production of quotations
- Work with internal teams to develop and explore new markets
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads
- Actively promote the business to clients via telephone calls & emails
- Regularly attend training courses (internal & external) to help with product knowledge and personal development
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced, consultative sales/telesales professional, ideally with experience in both B2C & B2B sales
- Target orientated, driven individual who has a real passion for exceeding customer expectations
- An effective communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients at all levels
- Confident and experienced in the use of all MS Office packages
This will be an office-based role, paying £25,000 plus annual company bonus (up to 10% of annual salary).
Hours of work are 0900-1700 Mon-Fri with car parking available on site. There is also 20 days holiday on offer plus bank holidays.
