We are recruiting for an Assistant Services Co-ordinator offering a salary of £17,000.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
23 days holiday with shut down over Xmas
The role:-
- Liaising with mechanical engineers regarding field service visits, bookings and reactive call outs.
- Provide admin support to Department Managers
- Provide admin support to the Customer Service Manager
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with client enquires and questions, resolving and managing these in an effective manner.
- Liaise with suppliers, sales and technical departments and internal an external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Great MSO experience
- Ability to adapt to in house software
- Good relationship building skills
- Good understanding of KPI's and SLA's
- Demonstrate tact, understanding and empathy in all communications with customers
- Work well under pressure, and prioritise workloads
