Assistant Service Co-ordinator

Amour Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Services Coordinator for our client based in Bedwas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-run company who are expanding rapidly and looking to bring additional resource in to support that growth.

The role of Assistant Service Coordinator will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the operation including booking in engineer call outs and managing the CRM system
  • Assisting with the invoicing of clients
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of risk assessments in line with client expectations
  • Taking bookings from clients and confirming with internal stakeholders
  • Taking telephone queries from clients and resolving any queries as effectively and efficiently as possible

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience with and good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Confidence building relationships and display a personable, enthusiastic demeanour
  • An understanding of and experience working with KPIs & SLAs
  • Previous experience in Service Coordination (desirable)
  • Flexible approach to working and comfortable adapting to demanding situations to ensure customers get the best service at all times
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding and an empathetic approach to communication with customers
