Amour Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading Financial Services company based in the Monument area of London (EC3R), who are looking to add an Asset Servicing Analyst to their Investment Operations team on an initial Fixed Term basis. Successful candidates will work to ensure that all aspects of Asset Servicing Administration are completed accurately and on a timely basis in line with company procedures and policies, as well as in accordance with regulatory requirements.

For this position, we are looking for candidates on initial 6 month basis, although a longer term position is available and a strong likelihood for the right person.


The Role:

  • Completion of Asset Servicing tasks in accordance with procedures and on a timely basis
  • Working to defined Process Management guidelines to achieve agreed SLAs/KPIs
  • Participate in team meetings & look for ways to improve service and processes
  • To assist the Team Leader of Asset Servicing and Head of Asset Servicing & Trading with with general related duties and tasks
  • Acquire, expand and retain sound product knowledge of relevant company products and awareness of their attributes and rules
  • To report promptly to the company's Money Laundering Reporting Officer any known or suspected money laundering activities
  • To act in accordance with the company's operating and compliance procedures at all times and to bring any potential or actual breaches to the immediate attention of the Head of Compliance

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Packages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Recent graduate with a Numerate Degree (Mathematics, Stats, Physics etc)


This role is office based, pays £25,000 per annum with 25 days holiday (pro-rated for shorter contracts), plus 8 bank holidays. Hours of work will be 0900-1700 Monday-Friday.
