Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work within a busy office environment for our valued client based in Nursling.
Duties include:
• Direct customer and supplier communication via telephone and email.
• Usage of Excel spreadsheets
• Liaising with all Warehouse staff / Supervisor with work instructions
• Data entry for inbound goods
• Documentation scanning for customer required paperwork
• Accurate data input into multiple computer systems
To be successful you must be able to start work immediately and be competent with Microsoft packages including Outlook & Excel.
Hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday, Free parking offered.
