Amour Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with this national company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Fareham.
Duties will include:
- Answer the telephone and deal with requests from clients and customers.
- Open the post each day, date stamp and record all correspondence in a Post Log.
- Prepare the outgoing post, ensuring all correspondence is signed, dated correctly and adequate posting costs are issued to the correspondence.
- Process, scan, photocopy and file documents as required.
- Assist in updating monthly Branch or Department Reports.
- Maintain and update the diary of appointments for the managers
- Code and prepare invoices
Ideally you will be an ambitious individual looking for career progression, be a car driver and a real “can do” attitude.
Hours are 0900-1730 Monday to Friday; Free parking is offered with 25 days holiday plus many more benefits.
