Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with this nationwide company who are seeking an Administrator to join their busy office based in Liverpool.

Duties include:

  • To answer the telephone and deal with requests from clients and customers.
  • Dealing with the daily incoming/outgoing post.
  • To process, scan, photocopy and file documents as required.
  • To assist in updating monthly Branch Reports
  • To maintain and update the diary of appointments
  • To code and prepare invoices.
