The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships with customers, can demonstrate a working knowledge of Word and Excel, be a great team player with a clear, concise, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound queries by phone & email

  • Dealing with administration

  • Updating a CRM

Personal Requirements:

  • Be quick to learn

  • Self-motivated

  • Confident to solve problems


  • 20 Days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30
