Amour Recruitment are proud to be working for this well-established business who due to growth is seeking a First Point of Contact Administrator to join their busy team based in Shrewsbury.
Duties include:
- Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, accurately taking messages and dealing with client issues.
- Keeping the main data base up to date.
- Sending out information to clients.
- Research on behalf of senior staff.
- Filing, scanning all incoming post.
- General administration.
No experience is required, however you must be able to demonstrate good IT skills, be an excellent communicator both written and verbally, and happy to work in a busy team.
Hours are Mon – Fri 0900-1730 – Free parking and excellent staff benefits are offered.
Salary £18,525 with the opportunity of career progression.
