Administrator (first point of contact)

Amour Recruitment are proud to be working for this well-established business who due to growth is seeking a First Point of Contact Administrator to join their busy team based in Shrewsbury.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, accurately taking messages and dealing with client issues.
  • Keeping the main data base up to date.
  • Sending out information to clients.
  • Research on behalf of senior staff.
  • Filing, scanning all incoming post.
  • General administration.

No experience is required, however you must be able to demonstrate good IT skills, be an excellent communicator both written and verbally, and happy to work in a busy team.

Hours are Mon – Fri 0900-1730 – Free parking and excellent staff benefits are offered.

Salary £18,525 with the opportunity of career progression.
