Our client is looking for an Account Manager to work for a small but extremely dynamic team who act as a vital link between them and their customers.
Duties include:
- Managing the entire application process
- Managing customer expectations regarding delivery and completion times
- Document preparation
- Developing suitable packages, ensuring affordability for the customer
To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and have excellent administration and organisation skills, with attention to detail.
Previous experience working in an FCA regulated environment would be an advantage.
Hours - 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays - 9am to 5.30pm
37.5 hours a week
