Our client are a leading technology business based just on the outskirts of Cardiff. We are assisting with the recruitment for an Account Manager to join their sales team.
This role is a true Account Management role in that the objective is to ensure that the end client is getting the full benefit out of the service. No selling, no add on's just 1st class service.
Salary £23,000

The Role
The primary aspect of the role is to provide client relationship management to clients who all require different levels of customer service and management. You will become the bridge between the sales and the client, delivering key objectives.
This role is 30% field based as you will be required to travel throughout the UK to site visits of the clients. 70% of the role will be office based in Cardiff.
Skills
The successful candidate will have strong literacy, numeracy, organisational and MS office skills, particularly Excel.
Commercial awareness, communication skills and great attention to detail is essential.
The ideal candidate will come from a technical background, IT or Marketing.
This role is available to start in January and interviews are taking place immediately.
