You will ideally be from an advertising background, however this not essential, they just need someone self-motivated, totally sales driven with some entrepreneurial experience.
You’ll be familiar with the concept of the customer journey and will be able to drive campaigns throughout this life cycle from initial customer acquisition, through to development and retention.

The basic salary will be from £18k - £22k depending on experience with a further OTE of £10,000
