Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with a multi-award winning company in the Petersfield area who is seeking a enthusiastic and motivated IT Technician to take full responsibility for the management of their incoming support requests.
You will ideally have at least 2 years practical experience working on an IT Support desk.
The role:
- Attend to call outs to companies and individuals within the Hampshire area ( Pool car is provided)
- Provide remote and telephone based support
- Manage and support SME clients IT hardware and networks
- Repair Laptops, Ipads and Iphones
Experience required:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 ( Mac and citrix preferred but not essential)
- Experience with active directory
- Awareness of firewalls, routing technologies and telephony
Salary:
£18,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience
